Thomas Norton Hart (1829-1927) was the Republican Mayor of Boston from 1889-90 and 1900-02. 3.5 inch wide and 2.5 inch tall card, signed boldly "Thomas N. Nash" and further inscribed "Mayor of Boston 1889-90-1900-1901." At the bottom left hand corner is written unobtrusively "1901." An attractive example of this signature.
