U.S. Representative from NY 10th District during 1875-79 and 1881-87. Mayor of New York, NY in 1887-88. 3.5 inch wide and 2.5 inch tall card, boldly inscribed "Abram S. Hewitt March 5 1900." An attractive example of this signature.
