Hugh Grant (dates of birth and death unknown). Mayor of New York, NY from 1889-92. Card measures 3.5 inch wide and 2.5 inch tall, and is boldly inscribed "Hugh Grant." On the card is written "1900" at the bottom left edge. Several smudges to autograph, natural in the fountain pen era. An attractive example of this signature.
