Signed card, measuring 9.1 cm (w) x 6.5 cm (h). Signed "J.B. Foraker Ohio Jan'y 31, 1900." Foraker was Governor of Ohio 1885-1887, and Senator from Ohio 1897-1903. Served in the Eighty-Ninth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, attaining the rank of brevet captain. Attractive for frame-up.
