A collection of correspondence written by Judson, concerning a burnished bronze outdoor fawn sculpture measuring 21" x 26" x 10." Judson was invited to show the piece at the Garden Center of Greater Cleveland, where it was displayed in May of 1968. Meanwhile, Judson sold it for $1200 to a client in Milwaukee, where it was shipped after the Garden Center show. Included in this collection is a letter on Ragdale stationery dated March 15 1968, written to Mrs. Fairchild, about 80 words in Judson's hand, signed "Sylvia" which includes the original mailing envelope. Also a note on grey paper with the same address as Ragdale, entirely in Judson's hand, written to thank Mrs. Fairchild for her purchase and willingness to allow the fawn to be exhibited in Cleveland, dated March 26, signed "Sylvia Shaw Judson." There is also a letter from Ashley Norcross from the Garden Center thanking Judson, and providing information about the show and shipping details. Quite a few of Judson' pencil notations and private notes are written on the envelope and margins of the letters. An interesting collection of material.
