Gives four or eight lines of advice "When you first awake," When arising from your Bed," Putting on your Cloaths," Leaving the Room," "Washing yourself," "At Breakfast," Going to School, or Labour," " At Labour," "Returning from Labour at Noon," "Before Dinner," "After Dinner," "Returning to Labour," "At Labour," "Returning from Work," "Having got home," "In the evening," "Before Supper," "At Supper," "Entering your Bed-Chamber," "Undressing," "Lying down in Bed," and "Waking in the Night." The final page is a hymn of 24 lines the first two of which are "Awake my Soul, awake and cry, To God that reigns on high..."
