Following this is written "from 'The Great White Wall' [signed] William Rose Benet April 24, 1937." Brother of Stephen Vincent Benet. He associated as editor or assistant editor with Century Magazine, Literary Review of the New York Evening Post, and the Saturday Review of Literature (which he helped to found in 1924). He won the 1942 Pulitzer Prize for his 1941 work "The Dust Which is God." His 2nd wife was poetess Elinor Wylie. An attractive example, suitable for framing.
