Protected in stiff custom archival mylar. No dustjacket, as issued. Illustrated with dozens of historic black & white photographs, a facsimile of a manuscript map, and map-illustrated endpapers. Pages 5-8 are affected by an unusual spotting, which most likely occurred during the manufacture of the paper. One page with minor crease to top corner.
