Two volumes bound as one. Modern half black cloth with marbled paper-covered boards and leather spine label in new condition. Vol. I: xii, 273 pages of text, [i] advertisement. Vol. II: viii, 301 pages of text. There is the ocassional light stain or crease and about five pages with tiny spots of foxing, but this copy is without frequent foxing that is often seen on early editions. According to Howes, this London edition is the best edition.
