Magazine/Western art journal with color cover art by John Duillo. Signed and inscribed the the artist on the front cover "To my new and good friend Noel [Goldblatt] [signed] John Duillo." Three stamps are cancelled on the bottom portion of the front cover at the event of the Chicago Philatelic Fair Feb 5 1983 and is stamped as such. Another unidentified name signed at the top of the front cover, appearing to read "Helari O. Guff." Additionally signed and inscribed by Noel Goldblatt on page 85 where an article features Mr. Goldblatt. Another signature, probably anothe Goldblatt family member, at the top of this page.
