4 page concert program, signed by the American composer and conductor "Roy Harris" in ink on front cover. The concert was held at Leon Mandel Assembly Hall on December 14, 1945. Staple holes to final two pages, and some browning of interior pages, none of which affects the clear ink autograph. Numerous works in the program were presented for the first time in Chicago.
