Dustjacket slightly stained and soiled, and is heavily rubbed at the extremities, with tears and chips on the spine; protected in archival mylar. Illustrated by numerous etchings. Signed and inscribed by the artist on the front endpaper "with best wishes [signed] E. T. Hurley Dec 1915." This edition was printed in November of 1915, one month after the first printing.
