This is the uncommon privately published edition, which precedes the Rhode/Duell, Sloan & Pearce edition of the same year. Signed by Bonney on the dedication page. Typography by Paul Lester Wiener. Stiff paperback wrappers; front wrap is photo-illustrated, rear wrap is white, spine is white linen; Minor bumping to corners (affecting pages) and minor shelfwear. Unclipped dustjacket is moderately rubbed at the extremities, with numerous small tears and creases, and slight soiling; protected in archival mylar. One two inch tear to rear panel.
