Vol. II: xvi, 374 pages of text, followed by [xvi] pages of index. Vol. III: xv, [i] blank, 255 pages. Vol. IV: xvi, 301 pages, [i] blank, followed by [xvi] index, and [iv] glossary. The set is complete with 9 folding maps and 19 engraved plates (including frontisports), as well as thirteen allegorical vignettes. Minor foxing is present, a few pages with staining in the margins, and a few pages with small tears in the margins. Slight misfolding and tearing at creases or hinges of two maps. Bookplates of former owners on endpapers of each volume: "John La Touche, Esq." and "McGuire". Title continues "...To which are added, The revolutions of Persia during the present century, with the particular history of the great usurper Nadir Kouli." First edition.
