Numerous pages are uncut and unopened at the top edge, and the text is in excellent condition. An uncommon biography of Copway, who was for many years a Missionary in the North West; and projector of the Concentration of the Indian Tribes, for the Promotion of their Improvement. No date of publication is listed, but according to Howes C770 this is the 1855 reprint of the 2nd English Edition of 1854.
