While remaining intact, the pages are separating from each other, held together by a single long-stitched binding. Publisher's advertisement printed on the rear cover. The text is moderately soiled, with minor staining, and a few pages are creased. This ephemeral item is complete and attractive, and it is no wonder if very few survived. No date of publication listed; circa 1850.
