A large black & white photograph of the vocalist holding a large fan made of white feathers. Signed "Amelita Galli Curcy Chicago 1917" across the fan with no further inscription. Blind-stamped by the photographer in a lower corner "Victor Georg New York" and additionally identified with a stamp on the back of the photo, which also provides a copyright date of 1916. The photograph measures approximately 6.25" wide by 9.75" tall. A very attractive and early image of the opera star.
