The first and final few pages are lightly soiled or stained on the margin edge. The text is otherwise quite clean, and the binding remains tight and attractive. Protected in a custom-made but simple cloth slipcase with printed paper spine label. Following the main text are two shorter discourses: A Letter Concerning the Present State of Religion Amongst Us (pages 207-222); and, The Due Way of Composing the Differences on Foot, Preserving the Church (pages 223-256); each has their own caption title.
