Hays - son in law and daughter of one of our first clients Mrs. E.D. Campbell of Ann Arbor Mich - with the compliments of [signed] Albert Kahn." The front cover has a large chip, and has tape and writing on the front cover. There are numerous early periodical and newspapers clippings inserted loose or taped to advertising pages, but the interior is otherwise generally in excellent condition.
