The binding is heavily worn, with cracked hinges, chips to the extremities, small spots of discoloration, and rubbing to the extremities. About 75 pages with a very small stain at the top edge near the spine. The title page has part of the top margin torn off, and it has a blind stamp of a Notary Public. A few small stains to the text. First edition.
