1 page printed order, dated November 3d, 1864 from the Headquarters of the Cavalry Division. Addressed to Winslow's Brigade of Cavalry, commanded by Lieut Col. Benteen, from Major General Pleasanton on the occasion of him separating from the Brigade. His parting words include accolade for their successful action at the Osage. The order was once folded into thirds, and has minor soiling and wear.
