[xvi] preliminary pages followed by 252 pages of text. The preliminary pages contain advertisements printed on yellow, blue and pink paper, also including a contents page and an addendum containing "Streets and Alleys Omitted in the Regular List." Original binding is intact but is heavily worn. Leather spine with hinges cracking and the original paper-covered boards are worn and soiled. Protected in custom-fitted archival mylar. The endpapers are torn with loss, and/or have pencil notations. The text is somewhat browned and foxed, and the closed page edges have numerous tiny spots of ink staining. A few pages of text have loosened, but remain intact and attached. When comparing descriptions of copies at Yale and Kent State, It appears as through this copy was either not bound with all of the advertisements or one or more pages of advertisement has been removed.
