Binder identified through stamped name and place (London) in tiny type on a front endpaper, referred to as being "signed" by the bindery; signed binding. Illustrated with a frontisportrait of the author and a page of her handwriting in facsimile. The text is clean and unmarked. Measures 8 3/16 inches (height). First printing of the first edition of this publication.
