The first 44 columns are printed two per page; the remainder of the text has three columns printed per page. The text is printed in Roman, Italic, Hebrew, Persian and other fonts. Two volumes bound in one. Recently rebound in fine quarter black leather with raised bands on spine, gilt-lettered leather spine label, and gray cloth-covered boards. Minor rubbing to the raised bands and spine extremities. Large folio, with the paper height measuring 17.5" (450mm). Binding measures 18 1/16" x 11.5" (457mm x 290mm). Dictionaries; Polyglot; Hebrew, Latin, Persian, Semitic languages. "Dictionarium persico-latinum; opera viri cl. Jacobi Golii atque Edmundi Castelli". Several columns are misnumbered (376-378, 391-393), 487-489, etc.) and column 535 does not exist, but the text is complete. Previous owner's name stamped on the title page and on the two pages that follow. Minor foxing to many page margins.
