Original issue of View Magazine. 56 pages of text, plus the interiors of the wrappers are printed. Bound in the original paper wrappers designed by Joseph Cornell, who also wrote an article for this issue titled "The Crystal Cage". Minor creasing to the corners and overall minor to moderate shelfwear. Small spot of minor discoloration to the front cover. In addition to white paper, pink, green, yellow and blue paper was utilized. Illustrated with reproductions of photographs and various artwork and graphics. Includes Virgil Thomson's "Portrait of Florine Stettheimer". Previous owner's name neatly in pencil on an interior page. The text is clean and unmarked.
