Minor soling to the edges of some of the maps, as well as the margins of the pages of text next to where the maps are inserted. Signed on a front endpaper by the author "With regards of [signed] Edwin E. Bryant." Minor soiling to the title page. Previous owner's bookplate affixed neatly to the inside front cover: William J. Starr. A Daniel Starr of Clarno is listed as a member of Company H. First edition.
