Included is a receipt from The Village Voice, a now-defunct legendary bookstore in Paris, known to have hosted a reading by Julia Wright. The receipt is dated the same day as the inscription. The text is clean and unmarked. Stated "First Edition" on the copyright page, with the number line starting with 2; First edition, 2nd printing.
