No dustjacket; protected in archival Mylar. The text is clean and unmarked. This is the first trade edition, printed on ordinary paper, dated on the copyright page 1923. A signed and limited edition, printed on thicker paper in a large paper format was issued in 1924. NOTE: Two identical copies of the same work are bound in the same volume. The 2nd title page has minor loss to the paper surface slightly affecting the type, as well as a small scuff. First edition.
