lxxii, 335 pages of text. Full leather binding is rubbed and worn on the spine, with minor chipping to the top of the spine. The hinges are intact, but beginning to weaken/crack. Small stain on lower margin of first six pages. Signed and inscribed on a front endpaper "To Mr Frederick Farley from his friend [signed] F.W.P. Greenwood Nov. 11. 1826." Several pages have slight creases to the corner, and the pages are slightly rippled, without evidence of exposure to moisture. First edition.
